Worcester Beer, Cider and Perry Festival

If you’re planning a visit to the Worcester Beer, Cider and Perry Festival next week, organisers have now revealed the full live music line up for all three days.

The festival returns to the Grandstand at Worcester Racecourse from Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th August, with more than 100 beers, ciders and perries, along with food vendors, live entertainment and indoor and outdoor seating. The event is organised by volunteers from the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).

Here’s who’s taking to the music marquee:

Thursday 13th August
Foxpalmer – 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Rock the Night – 7.00pm to 9.00pm

Friday 14th August
Groovyhead – 6.00pm to 7.30pm
Fred Zeppelin – 8.00pm to 10.00pm

Saturday 15th August
Kev Donaldson – 3.00pm to 4.30pm
Wired2Party – 5.00pm to 6.30pm
Britpop United – Britpop Tribute Band – 7.00pm to 9.00pm, bringing a Britpop vs Indie double headliner finale.

The festival opens from midday each day, closing at 11pm on Thursday and Friday, and 10pm on Saturday. Advance tickets include entry, a souvenir festival glass and programme, while drinks are purchased separately using contactless payment.

If you’re heading along, don’t forget your dancing shoes as well as your tasting glass.
